Meet The Team

Born and raised in a very small city of Pakistan, in an environment with almost no opportunity and guidance, Asim struggled a lot in life to reach where he is today. He started his career at the age of 16 by setting up a fortnightly newspaper. By the age of 17, while Asim continued his studies, he started a school setup. Within three years of graduating, he was running two fortnightly local newspapers and a high school with three branches in his city. Asim has an agriculturalist background and was also supervising the work done on their family fields. Asim started to notice the rapid growth of Information Communication Technologies(ICT) and soon moved to Islamabad to start his Master's degree in computer sciences which he successfully completed in 2004.

His career path started into new phase. He began working in different multinational organizations and explored his skills in ICT. He also managed Pakistan's Ministry of Information Technology's project of automation. In his 7 years' experience as an ICT, he gained good knowledge and respect. He believes that the human learning process never ends and is always seeking more knowledge and willing to explore different ways of approaching projects. His passion is incredible and he can accommodate himself in every environment. Asim's life aim is to setup a charity organization that will work for the causes of child labor, world peace and environmental issues. He wants to establish an educational system where he can provide the opportunity of education to those who cannot afford a good education.

Zeeshan is agem with 5 years of experience. He has been working with elysian for the last two years as a Software and Listings Manager. He's responsible for co-coordinating with our software and web developers to make sure that our properties are regularly updated and sent to our online property portals. Zeeshan is successfully managing the Listings Department & implementing new online applications to help our property owners get their properties out to the correct audience. Lilibeth Chavez Oratil has been the Head of our Accounts Departmentsince 2007. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University in the Philippines.

Lilibeth has over 17 years of experience in this field. Some of her previous roles included Assistant Finance Managing, General Accounts, Bookkeeping, and Cashier/Teller Managing. Lily's main duties include finance management and maintenance of day to day transactions within the Elysian. She works closely with the CEO and Chairman in order to ensure that we stay on budget and is always looking for ways to minimize costs & maximize profit. Lily has gained a lot of knowledge in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Internal Control, Budgets, Forecasting & other financial tools that are very useful in managing the financial affairs of Elysian.Her role is vital and continues to challenge her as our team continues to expand and grow.

Sujata has been born and brought up in Nepal. She completed her Bachelor degree in India and decided to move to Dubai four years ago. Sujata has been working with Elysian for the past 2 years as both a Leasing Admin Executive and a Leasing Property Consultant. She is currently responsible for all the rental listings that elysian takes on board. She makes sure that all the required documents and details are available when needed. She also makes sure all our landlords are regularly contacted and updated which ensures that our clients are provided with a high-quality service and a wide range of available properties. Apart from this, Sujata is also a JLT Property Specialist. Her co-ordination and support definitely plays a vital role in our team.

After Joven graduated as a Computer Engineer, he started working in hardware and software operations. His first major job was in a government sector as a Network Transmission Operator. He was part of the team responsible for sending real time result for media broadcasting purposes. Aside from his technical abilities, he was also trained as a proofreader that landed him a job as a Data Analyst for a website development team. Broadening his experience, he was also associated in media and graphic development that brought him to understand the concept of media layout and printing as a Graphic Designer. He created billboards and printed advertisements. On this job, he was exposed to web development that expanded his IT abilities. Enjoying his role as a team player, Joven also has a passion in sports. During college days, he played in major league Table Tennis competitionsthat soon earned hima spot to represent his University which allowed him to win1st place in the Men's division.

Joven left his home country to work here in Dubai. His first jobs in Dubai included graphic design, technical installation, and projection display. Joven soon found his place in elysian and is currently working as our System Administrator. He is in charge of all IT related jobs and makes sure all elysian's systems are up and running. Aside from this heavy daily task, Joven also helps in coordinating and developing our online and print advertisements where he contributes his knowledge in visual design. Always busy around the office, we are lucky to have such a hard team worker.

With 10 years experience as a graphic designer and knowledge in both press and advertising fields, Teresa plays a very important role in elysian's marketing and advertising department. Teresa's designing and advertising skills help us expose our services to the correct audience. From Gulf News ads to Billboards, Teresa can do it all!

Kaye is a great people's person and has over 5 years experience in the customer care field. As elysian's customer care executive, she makes sure each and every one of our clients are taken care of and are satisfied with our services. She does a great job at supporting the team and making sure our clients are kept happy.

Having graduated with a Fine Arts Advertising degree, Tony has an extensive knowledge of photography and graphic design. Tony is in charge of taking high definition pictures and videos of listed properties. Being a fine arts Degree holder he has a Vast Experience in Field of Visual arts including being a Graphic Designer, Videographer and Editor. He started as a layout artist in one of the prestigious architectural firm in his country of residence. This job inspired him to develop his skills that allow him to extend his knowledge and passion in photography. Because of his natural talent in aesthetics combined with self motivation he landed a job that fitted his desire for still prints as a professional photographer. This career allowed him to explore and capture the beauty that nature can offer. One of the main scopes in being a photographer is covering events such as corporate gatherings, fashion photography, national and cultural events.

Tony was given an opportunity to live in Dubai and currently works here in elysian as our professional in-house photographer. He plays an important role in elysian's online and print advertising since it helps our clients visualize and better understand the properties before actually having to visit them. Therefore, they can narrow down their search easier and find a suitable property much quicker.

Regi is the joker of the group, she loves to have fun in and around the office and her personality and approach is perfect for this vibrant real estate market. Regi has a gift of making everyone who meets her to really warm-up to her. Shahzad Mushtaq is working here as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. He has two years of experience in the Field of Software Quality Assurance (SQA). He is performing all QA related task including Documentation, tasks initiated, change requests, architecture and designs related things, Software Requirements, Procedures, Use cases and test cases, bugs, and so on).
