Masood Naseeb - Chairman
Masood Naseeb moved to Dubai after completing a BA (Hons) in Business and Economics and Business Administration at Canada's prestigious University of Windsor in Canada, Ontario. Naseeb went on to obtain his Canadian Property Management Certification from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
Recognized for his efforts in establishing the regions real estate market as one of the most credible and prominent markets in the world, Masood Naseeb was elected by CEO Middle East in the top 25 most influential people in the property industry.
Since September 2006 he has been the Chief Executive Officer of elysian Group. Masood Naseeb founded the company following various successful investments into Dubai on behalf of various multi-national corporations, government affiliations, and private speculators whilst an officer for a leading billion dollar corporation, Naseeb Group, which has won over 29 American government contracts since its own incorporation.
In 2006 Naseeb founded elysian Real Estate with its head office located in Dubai's prominent Emaar Gold & Diamond Park on Sheikh Zayed Road. Beginning with a small team of brokers, Naseeb paid particular attention to detail in the property selected for their portfolio and his team's management of client relations. After expanding the real estate team exponentially over the first year of operation to meet the demands of the market, Naseeb began to look overseas for lucrative investments to offer their clients.
Following 3 years of rapid expansion, at the age of 25, Masood Naseeb had transformed the elysian Group into the 3rd largest real estate company in Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi boasted the largest brokerage team. As a sign of his ambition, Naseeb launched elysian International in 2008, focusing purely on investment properties. Naseeb was responsible for Dubai's fastest selling development in 2009, which was purely down to his organization, when they were awarded the exclusive rights to The 5 Star and Beach Resort. Naseeb's visionary approach was commended in numerous press articles, and shortly after his release of The and Beach Resort into the Middle East, the project was awarded the prestigious CNBC Best Development Brazil 2009. This award showed investors that Naseeb's pulse was firmly on smart investments in property. In November 2009, elysian Group invested in to the booming city of Rio De Janeiro, purchasing 174 villas, a 5 Star hotel, and over 120 apartments. The project is to be released in Dubai exclusively to the Middle Eastern market.
Masood Naseeb was considered a risk taker, when he expanded his corporation during the global economic crisis, but this decision later proved correct. Naseebs ability to diversify and experience with the global market saw his company remain profitable throughout Dubai's economic instability. By the end of 2009, Naseeb was responsible for 200 staff throughout 3 different countries, 100 of them in the UAE alone.

Paul Preston - CEO
After leaving School at the age of 16, Paul had his mind set that he would achieve his child hood dream and start his career as a golf professional. At the young age of 17 Paul turned professional alongside studying a 3 year Higher Diploma course in Business and also Psychology at the PGA of Europe HQ in Birmingham. Playing golf as a professional was Paul's dream accomplished at a very early age which included playing professional tournaments all around the world. By the time Paul was 21, he was a fully qualified member of the PGA, an achievement which most other golf professionals achieve (if good enough) when in their thirties. When Paul turned 21, alongside playing tournaments, he took up the position of General Manager at the largest Golf operation in the midlands, where he managed a team of over 60 staff from shop assistants through to the f&b staff. In the 6 years Paul was in this position he increased turnover year on year and increased profit averaging over 2 Million GBP per year. Paul has a gift for business and a talent to get the very best out of his staff, Paul puts all of his successes to the team he has around him and focuses on their development to benefit the development of the company.
Paul purchased his first investment property at the ripe young age of only 18, and from then on he has added to his personal portfolio in countries stretching from Spain through to America. In September 2007, Paul started his journey fulfilling his real passion – real estate and joined a leading property company in Abu Dhabi. Paul was headhunted for the position of General Manager and in his 2 year reign he took the company's turnover to a whole new level, increasing the turnover 10 fold in a short space of time. Paul's theory is to lead by example, he is extremely professional, he knows how to get the best of out of his staff and is extremely driven to succeed. Failure is not an option or either a concern. In June 2009, Paul joined the elysian group as Managing Director, opening up a whole new market for elysian in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Since opening the office, Paul has built the best team that there is in the capital and this is reflected by being recognised as the most professional real estate company there is. Achievements such as winning the exclusive contract for sales and marketing of the prestigious AMAYA Towers project in Al Reem Island and the exclusive 5 start resort of the Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus is just the beginning of what promises to be a very successful and lucrative road for the whole of the elysian group.
Now in the capacity of C.E.O. Paul has helped in the development of the operations here in the UAE as well as the opening the offices in Rio De Janeiro as well as Mayfair in London. Paul is now working on the progress and continued development of the business and making sure that all business units remain focused to giving the highest level of service to the clients we deal with. Paul is always looking for the next opportunity for elysian and the next market where he feels there is an opportunity to provide our services and expertise. Paul is fully focused on taking elysian to the very top within the real estate and development markets.

Martin Schiodtz - International Sales Director
Having lived 7 years in UAE, Martin has great understanding of the local market as well as the different cultures representing the regional investors.
With previous experience as Sales Director for a UK run real estate company and a European investment company both based in Dubai, Martin has great experience in choosing the right investment opportunities for our clients. His approach is strict due diligence on all projects presented to elysian and only the best projects makes the cut. Martin understands that the right approach to a successful business is to have a good dialog with our clients, to listen and understand what our clients are looking for and thereby give the right advise rather than trying to push for a sale that does not match our clients' needs.
By using his experience and business philosophy Martin ensures that all elysian clients get the best possible advise and professional service from all of the consultants in his team.

Justin Stevenson - Sales and Leasing Director - Dubai
After finishing catering college, Justin began his career on the bottom rung of the ladder in the hospitality industry as a chef working for the premier chain "Vintage Inn's" part of the UK's largest brewery. Justin quickly rose and by the age of 20 he took his first head chefs position. His talent was soon noticed within Vintage Inn's and he was transferred to one of the company's largest and most successful restaurants where his role of kitchen manager and front of house manager meant his customer service skills came to the front. After 3 successful years Justin then took over the complete running of a 140 covers restaurant and hotel in Canterbury Kent.
In 2001 after 7 years in catering Justin had a change of direction. He joined Townsend's Estate Agents based in Surrey and West London. Again starting at the bottom his drive, hard work and customer service skills soon made him stand out, along with many awards for top sales person. Justin was then selected by the CEO of Townsend's for a very selective management fast track program. After successfully completing the program and putting all he learnt in to practice in the office environment he was soon rewarded with his own office in West London. In his first full year he increased the turnover by 60% crediting him with the 2nd most improved office in the company out 42. After 4 hugely successful years in West London Justin decided it was time test himself against the best in Dubai.
Starting in Dubai as a consultant, this enabled him to learn and understand the market much quicker. This stood him in good stead and he quickly rose to become a sales and leasing manager. After a successful first year in Dubai Justin was head hunted by elysian in 2009 where he took on the role as head of valuations and listings. In his time in this role the listings increased dramatically along with the quality of the advertising and marketing. After a year in this role Justin took on the major role of Sales and Leasing Director in the Dubai office. Since taking on this role the turnover has increased month on month and the team he is building is regarded as one of the best in Dubai.

Alexandre Belem - Branch Manager - Brazil

Ed Spencer - Branch Manager - UK
After leaving university studying business management with BA (Honours), Ed moved up to London to progress his career in the property world. He started work in 2009 for a leading London estate agent and did so successfully for 2 years and with his hard work managed to be the top negotiator in the South London area, after deciding he achieved everything he wanted from this job, he then wanted to take the next step and progress his career, where he decided to join the Elysian team. Only being in the property market for just over 2 years, Ed has come a long way and has been very successful in what he has achieved. He has always provided a great service to his clients and has a very professional approach.
