After finishing catering college, Justin began his career on the bottom rung of the ladder in the hospitality industry as a chef working for the premier chain "Vintage Inn's" part of the UK's largest brewery. Justin quickly rose and by the age of 20 he took his first head chefs position. His talent was soon noticed within Vintage Inn's and he was transferred to one of the company's largest and most successful restaurants where his role of kitchen manager and front of house manager meant his customer service skills came to the front. After 3 successful years Justin then took over the complete running of a 140 covers restaurant and hotel in Canterbury Kent.

In 2001 after 7 years in catering Justin had a change of direction. He joined Townsend's Estate Agents based in Surrey and West London. Again starting at the bottom his drive, hard work and customer service skills soon made him stand out, along with many awards for top sales person. Justin was then selected by the CEO of Townsend's for a very selective management fast track program. After successfully completing the program and putting all he learnt in to practice in the office environment he was soon rewarded with his own office in West London. In his first full year he increased the turnover by 60% crediting him with the 2nd most improved office in the company out 42. After 4 hugely successful years in West London Justin decided it was time test himself against the best in Dubai.

Starting in Dubai as a consultant, this enabled him to learn and understand the market much quicker. This stood him in good stead and he quickly rose to become a sales and leasing manager. After a successful first year in Dubai Justin was head hunted by elysian in 2009 where he took on the role as head of valuations and listings. In his time in this role the listings increased dramatically along with the quality of the advertising and marketing. After a year in this role Justin took on the major role of Sales and Leasing Director in the Dubai office. Since taking on this role the turnover has increased month on month and the team he is building is regarded as one of the best in Dubai.

Justin's theory is simple, hard work, do the basics well and lead by example, as a result he can often be found in the Marina taking clients out on viewing tours.

After finishing BA (Hons) degree from the American University in Dubai, Maryam began a Career which started in the Boom of the Real Estate Market in Dubai. Marjan moved to Dubai with her family in 1994 and has experienced Dubai's rapid growth and expansion first hand. Growing up, she was always interested and curious to know more about how buildings are constructed and supported.

Marjan refused to waste time after graduating from high school and started looking for a good career opportunity just a few days after graduating from high school in 2008. Marjan has truly seen the company grow to its current international success. Apart from her office responsibilities, Marjan has decided to feed her childhood curiosity bycontinuing her studies as an Architecture student at the American University of Dubai (AUD), which she plans to follow with a Masters in Civil Engineering. Lilibeth Chavez Oratil has been the Head of our Accounts Departmentsince 2007. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University in the Philippines.

Lilibeth has over 17 years of experience in this field. Some of her previous roles included Assistant Finance Managing, General Accounts, Bookkeeping, and Cashier/Teller Managing. Lily's main duties include finance management and maintenance of day to day transactions within the Elysian. She works closely with the CEO and Chairman in order to ensure that we stay on budget and is always looking for ways to minimize costs & maximize profit. Lily has gained a lot of knowledge in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Internal Control, Budgets, Forecasting & other financial tools that are very useful in managing the financial affairs of Elysian.Her role is vital and continues to challenge her as our team continues to expand and grow.

Michelle Aguanta is currently our Group Administrations & HR Manager. She started working at elysian in 2010. She has succeeded in developing the group's internal structure to support elysian's expanding team. Michelle has10 years work experience in various industries, with 4 profound years in the UAE Real Estate Industry. Michelle is a very valued asset to our team.

Kaye is a great people's person and has over 5 years experience in the customer care field. As elysian's customer care executive, she makes sure each and every one of our clients are taken care of and are satisfied with our services. She does a great job at supporting the team and making sure our clients are kept happy.

After Joven graduated as a Computer Engineer, he started working in hardware and software operations. His first major job was in a government sector as a Network Transmission Operator. He was part of the team responsible for sending real time result for media broadcasting purposes. Aside from his technical abilities, he was also trained as a proofreader that landed him a job as a Data Analyst for a website development team. Broadening his experience, he was also associated in media and graphic development that brought him to understand the concept of media layout and printing as a Graphic Designer. He created billboards and printed advertisements. On this job, he was exposed to web development that expanded his IT abilities. Enjoying his role as a team player, Joven also has a passion in sports. During college days, he played in major league Table Tennis competitionsthat soon earned hima spot to represent his University which allowed him to win1st place in the Men's division.

Joven left his home country to work here in Dubai. His first jobs in Dubai included graphic design, technical installation, and projection display. Joven soon found his place in elysian and is currently working as our System Administrator. He is in charge of all IT related jobs and makes sure all elysian's systems are up and running. Aside from this heavy daily task, Joven also helps in coordinating and developing our online and print advertisements where he contributes his knowledge in visual design. Always busy around the office, we are lucky to have such a hard team worker.

With 10 years experience as a graphic designer and knowledge in both press and advertising fields, Teresa plays a very important role in elysian's marketing and advertising department. Teresa's designing and advertising skills help us expose our services to the correct audience. From Gulf News ads to Billboards, Teresa can do it all!

Having graduated with a Fine Arts Advertising degree, Tony has an extensive knowledge of photography and graphic design. Tony is in charge of taking high definition pictures and videos of listed properties. Being a fine arts Degree holder he has a Vast Experience in Field of Visual arts including being a Graphic Designer, Videographer and Editor. He started as a layout artist in one of the prestigious architectural firm in his country of residence. This job inspired him to develop his skills that allow him to extend his knowledge and passion in photography. Because of his natural talent in aesthetics combined with self motivation he landed a job that fitted his desire for still prints as a professional photographer. This career allowed him to explore and capture the beauty that nature can offer. Tony was given an opportunity to live in Dubai and currently works here in elysian as our professional in-house photographer.
